ThenRev. Alois Pimeskern will officiate and burial will be in St.nMary Catholic Cemetery, Reedsville.nMr. Welch was born Dec. 17, 1901 at Grimms, son of the late Edmundnand Margaret O'Brien Welch. He married Ruth Mullins Oct. 14, 1925,nat St. Patrick Catholic Church, Maple Grove. A retired farmer, Mr.nWelch was also a former Manitowoc County jailer, a security guardnat Mirro Corporation, and a Manitowoc County deputy for 37 years.nHe was former president of Manitowoc County Baseball League,nlifetime member of Reedsville Alumni Association and a member ofnSt. Patrick Holy Name Society. Mr. and Mrs. Welch celebratedntheir golden wedding anniversary in October of 1975.nSurvivors include his wife, Ruth, a son and daughter-in-law,ntwo daughters and sons-in-law, three sisters, six grand-nchildren, and a great grandson.
