Ray Lukich

a) Ray Lukich passed away on October 16, 2015, the day after his 88th birthday. He was born October 15, 1927 in Ruth, Nevada. He is the husband of the late Ann Lukich. Ray was the father of five children, David, Danny, Donny, Doree Plummer, and Debbie Broomfield. He had 10 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren. Ray served in the Merchant Marines. After working for 11 years as a liquor inspector for the O.L.C.C., he went into the nightclub business. He once owned the Turquoise Room, the Millstream, the Flower Drum and the Drum. Ray’s enjoyment consisted of hunting in the Wallowa Mountains and fishing in Alaska with his many friends and family. Viewing will be held at Mt. Scott Funeral Home on Sunday, October 25, 2015 from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Monday, October 26, 2015 from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Services will be held at 11:00 AM, , Tuesday, October 27, 2015, at Saint Stephan’s Serbian Orthodox Church 11447 SE 27th Ave., Milwaukie, Oregon 97222. Later that afternoon, burial will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery for those wishing to attend.
