The porch railings were decorative concrete (diamond 8's) set together.nnJoseph A. was treasurer of Rockand Mutual Fire Insurance Co. for 50 years, treasurer of School District of Grimms for 10 years, director of Reedsville Co-op Association for 29 years. He was secretary of the building committee of St. Mary Church in Reedsville, which was built in 1907. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of the church.nnThey moved to Reedsville in 1937 where they had built a home, beginning in 1936. There is a picture of their farm home in the 1921 Plat book page 75.nnTheir retirement home is 642 Menasha St. in Reedsville, WI.nnJoseph A. Vondrachek (photo) of Reedsville died Tuesday at Holy Family Hospital,nManitowoc, following a lingering illness. He was 82.nFuneral services wll be at 9:45 a.m. Saturday at the Reedsville Funeral Home andnat 10 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic church, Reedsville, the Rev. William Koutniknofficiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.nHe was born March 4, 1875, in the Town of Cato, son of the late Joseph and AnnanHejlak Vondrachek. He married the former Alvina Foreyt Nov. 13, 1???. They farmednin the Town of Cato until 1937 when they moved to Reedsville. His wife died inn1950.
